the National Weather Service in louisville has issued a

* severe thunderstorm warning for, 
 clark county in east central kentucky, 
 southeastern fayette county in east central kentucky, 
 central garrard county in east central kentucky, 
 jessamine county in east central kentucky, 
 madison county in east central kentucky... 

* until 745 PM EDT

* at 706 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
 severe thunderstorm capable of producing destructive winds in
 excess of 70 mph.  this storm was located near stone, moving east
 at 55 mph.

* the severe thunderstorm will also impact, 
 winchester, 
 richmond, 
 nicholasville, 
 crow valley and newby, 
 hillcrest and arlington, 
 union city and reeds crossing, 
 college hill and doylesville...
