the National Weather Service in louisville has issued a

* severe thunderstorm warning for, 
 bourbon county in east central kentucky, 
 clark county in east central kentucky, 
 eastern fayette county in east central kentucky, 
 eastern jessamine county in east central kentucky, 
 northern madison county in east central kentucky, 
 southern nicholas county in east central kentucky... 

* until 1045 PM EDT

* at 1000 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
 line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in
 excess of 60 mph.  these storms have a history of producing wind   
 damage these storms were located along a line extending  from      
 ewalt crossroads to newby, moving east at 30 mph.

* severe thunderstorms will also impact, 
 bryan station, 
 winchester, 
 richmond, 
 paris, 
 carlisle, 
 judianne estates and silver lake, 
 millersburg and jackson ferry, 
 union city and olivers, 
 haggard and cotton branch...
