the National Weather Service in louisville has issued a

* severe thunderstorm warning for, 
 bourbon county in east central kentucky, 
 northeastern fayette county in east central kentucky, 
 southern harrison county in east central kentucky, 
 nicholas county in east central kentucky, 
 southeastern scott county in east central kentucky... 

* until 635 PM EDT

* at 600 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
 line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing quarter size
 hail, and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.  these storms were
 located along a line extending from new zion to brentsville, 
 moving east at 30 mph.

* severe thunderstorms will also impact, 
 bryan station, 
 thoroughbred acres, 
 paris, 
 northland, 
 meadowthorpe, 
 hutchison and hooktown, 
 monterey and sidville, 
 escondida and barterville, 
 ellisville and weston...
