the National Weather Service in louisville has issued a

* severe thunderstorm warning for, 
 southern fayette county in east central kentucky, 
 garrard county in east central kentucky, 
 jessamine county in east central kentucky, 
 madison county in east central kentucky... 

* until 905 PM EDT

* at 819 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
 severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail, and
 damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.  this storm was located near
 vineyard, moving southeast at 15 mph.

* the severe thunderstorm will also impact, 
 richmond, 
 nicholasville, 
 lancaster, 
 hall and union mills, 
 logana, 
 mount lebanon and pink, 
 pollard and spears... 

excessive lightning is occurring with this storm. move indoors 
immediately! stay away from windows.
